Improvements ​

  • Enhanced the Edit image text popup functionality in Editor to support:

    • Selecting the most commonly used fonts in the content item. The new CONTENT FONTS section displays these fonts at the top of the font family list.

    • Using the eyedropper tool in the color picker popup to select a sample color on the content item layout. You can also add the selected color to the popup to maintain consistent text styles across images and content items.

  • You can now save customized images to your Library with the new Save to Library button on the Editor Properties. For the IMAGE component, the Save to Library option is also available in the context menu. This simplifies asset management and ensures reuse of images across content items. Configuration required

  • eWizard Editor supports adding slide-level metadata for e-Detailers, portfolio e-Detailers, and e-Detailer briefs. In the EDIT mode on the Navigation tab and in the STRUCTURE and TRANSLATE modes, you can use Slide metadata in slide more options to create and customize sets of metadata fields. This enhancement maintains data consistency for analytics and streamlines integration with target systems. Configuration required

Admin setup ​

  • To manage the availability of the Save to Library button and the context menu option for images in Editor, turn on/off the Save image to Library permission in the USER MANAGEMENT → Permission sets → UP EDITOR → Content section. Also available in the Application roles → UP EDITOR → Content section.

  • To allow users to add slide-level metadata, turn on/off the Slide metadata fields configuration permission in the USER MANAGEMENT → Permission sets → UP EDITOR → Content section. Also available in the Application roles → UP EDITOR → Content section.
