New features
- eWizard Planner is now integrated with draw.io. This integration allows you to design diagrams—customer journeys—that map campaign activities, show the user path, and link each stage to content items through milestones. Customer journeys make complex processes easier to follow and streamline campaign execution by providing a shared visual reference for all collaborators. Configuration required
Improvements
On the Gantt chart of the
Campaign planningwidget in Planner, you can now link content items to milestones to visualize dependencies and completion order. Configuration requiredWhen publishing fragments as standalone content items or within an email, use the
Link interactive emailsmetadata field on theDETAILSorFRAGMENTSstep to link email fragments to VVPM interactive documents or unlink from them. This eliminates the need to manually edit target documents and streamlines content management. Configuration requiredWhen republishing Library fragments within a rep-triggered email to Veeva Vault PromoMats as PDF for approval or interactive, manage the resulting document status with the
Retain Veeva Vault statuscheckbox on theFRAGMENTSstep:Select the checkbox—to keep the status after publication.
Clear the checkbox—to reset the status to
Draft.
This prevents unnecessary re-approvals and supports operational efficiency. Configuration required
On the
STRUCTUREtab, in the Edit chapter details popup, you can now assign human-readable IDs to e-Detailer and portfolio e-Detailer chapters to simplify identification, KPI tracking, and reporting. Configuration required
