Improvements

• Within e-Detailer export and publication for Veeva Vault PromoMats, URL and UTM parameters are automatically appended to URLs assigned to components. Autogenerated UTM tags eliminate manual operations, ensure consistent campaign analytics, and streamline tracking workflows. Configuration required

Admin setup

• To set up autogeneration of UTM tags in e-Detailers:

  • Configure the tokens and generatedLinkParams objects in the USER MANAGEMENT → PUBLISH MANAGER → Export and Publish → Veeva Vault settings section.

  • Use the previously developed Add to links automatically checkbox functionality to manage URL and UTM parameters for e-Detailers in the USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Digital assets → Admin UP → URL parameters and UTM parameters sections.
