Improvements

  • eVa AI now analyzes your selected text and image components on the content item layout in Editor to provide context-aware asset suggestions triggered through chat prompts. The collapsible eVa AI chat has also been improved to support intuitive asset interactions—allowing you to select suggested assets for further prompting or apply them directly to your content item layout with a double-click. Together, these enhancements significantly reduce manual effort and make it easier to discover, refine, and insert relevant assets while you work.

  • Centralized tagging

    • In eWizard Centralized tagging, you can now launch AI-driven tagging to automatically assign strategic metadata within portfolio e-Detailers and external light presentations created from DOC, DOCX, PDF, PPT, and PPTX files. Auto-tagging is also triggered when you send portfolio e-Detailers to Veeva Vault PromoMats as PDF for approval. Configuration required

    • To ensure automatic monitoring and consistent analytics, email notifications are sent to specified users when AI-powered tagging fails. The email includes content owner information, a link to the content item in eWizard Centralized tagging, and an attached CSV report with details on each failed structural element. Configuration required

    • When you delete AI-assigned key messages, select a reason in the rejection popup. The saved reason is sent to the repository after the content item is published to the target system. Configuration required

    • When publishing a tagged portfolio e-Detailer to Veeva Vault interactive, the Product field on the DETAILS and SLIDES steps is automatically populated with metadata mapped to the Brand, Indication, and Subtherapeutic area values. Configuration required

    • Redesigned marking of AI-populated tagging fields and selected Key message not required checkboxes. The AI symbol now appears inside tag fields, which are highlighted by blue frames, making it easier to review AI-applied metadata.
