Improvements
In eWizard, you can now approve VVPM interactive documents in the
Expiredstatus, without changing their status in Veeva Vault PromoMats. This prevents delays and keeps the process efficient. Configuration requiredWhen republishing a rep-triggered email with a related VVPM interactive document in the
Expiredstatus, you can:Link a required Veeva PDF material on the
DETAILSandFRAGMENTSsteps.Manually set the expiration date or allow the system to automatically clear the
Expiration datemetadata field on theDETAILSandFRAGMENTSsteps.Edit the metadata of linked Veeva Vault fragments on the
FRAGMENTSstep. Configuration required
Admin setup
To activate the approval process for VVPM interactive documents in the
Expiredstatus within eWizard, add therecreateDocumentsOnStatusesobject in theUSER MANAGEMENT→SYSTEM→Content approval settings→Veeva Vaultsection.To set up republication of rep-triggered emails with related VVPM interactive documents in the
Expiredstatus, inUSER MANAGEMENT→PUBLISH MANAGER→Publish→Veeva Vault interactive→Veeva Vault settings, add the following:recreateDocumentsOnStatusesobject—to automatically create a new version of the expired VVPM interactive document.clearOnobject—to automatically clear theExpiration datefield on theDETAILSandFRAGMENTSsteps when republishing the source email.overrideobject to respective objects of the required metadata fields within thefragmentsobject—to unlock metadata editing for Veeva Vault fragments on theFRAGMENTSstep during republication.updateVaultFragmentMetadataparameter with thetruevalue to thefragmentsobject—to sync the updated metadata of Veeva Vault fragments with the target system during the publication process.
