  • Meet the new scrollable container component—a placeholder for arranging and displaying information within a fixed-size area with smooth scrolling. It helps organize information into sections without cluttering your e-Detailer layout, keeping key messages visible while making additional details accessible. The component enhances navigation, improves readability, and maintains a clean, compliant design by keeping content organized within limited space. Template update required

  • Added a possibility to transfer eWizard IDs for each content item type to a customer data lake on demand. Configuration required

Improvements

  • On the Details page of the portfolio e-Detailer, you can view the list of nested e-Detailers and their brands on the E-DETAILERS tab.

  • In eWizard, you can now approve rep-triggered emails containing fragments with incomplete metadata as follows:

    • Fragments from your Library or those shared with you and published to Veeva Vault PromoMats, lacking PDF material status / Interactive document status metadata on the fragments Details page.

    • Veeva Vault fragments missing publication-related metadata.

Admin setup

  • To enable the eWizard ID transfer to a customer data lake, add the buildFieldConfigs object to the tagsStream object in the Centralized tagging service configuration file for each content item type.

  • To set up the feature for approving rep-triggered emails containing linked fragments with incomplete metadata:

    • In the USER MANAGEMENTSYSTEMContent approval settingsVeeva Vault section, configure the enableOldFragments key within the email-approved object.

    • In the USER MANAGEMENTSYSTEMEmail NotificationsCustom templates section, upload ZIP archives containing customized email notification templates to adjust email notifications in customers environments.
