New features ​

  • Extended the portfolio e-Detailer flow with Viewer to preview the entire portfolio and navigate its nested e-Detailers.

  • Added character count for text assets in Editor. To align with Veeva Vault PromoMats 1500-character limit for text assets, eWizard now checks the length of text before module publication to VVPM as interactive and bulk publication of content items. If any text exceeds this limit, the process is blocked and a clear notification is shown. This ensures content integrity and prevents unintended text trimming during publication. Configuration required

Admin setup ​

  • To preview portfolio e-Detailers in Viewer, turn on/off the View permission in the USER MANAGEMENT → Permission sets → UP CONTENT section.

  • To control visibility of character count and helper text for text components across content item types, set up the View character count permission in Permission sets → UP Editor → WYSIWYG.

  • To configure the minimum and maximum character limits for VVPM text asset validation, define the characterLimits object across content item types:

    • For bulk publication in USER MANAGEMENT → PUBLISH MANAGER → Publish → Veeva Vault as PDF for approval → Veeva Vault PDF settings.

    • For the module publication to VVPM as interactive in USER MANAGEMENT → PUBLISH MANAGER → Publish → Veeva Vault interactive → Veeva Vault settings.
