The eWizard Q1 release brings a powerful wave of AI-driven innovations, improved automation, and greater control across the content lifecycle—helping you deliver compliant, high-quality content faster.

eVa AI advances with structured content generation, asset-based prompting, and persona-driven outputs, producing more relevant and context-aware content. Enhanced reference handling—with anchor-level traceability and automated claims synchronization—improves accuracy, transparency, and compliance. At the same time, new analytics and translation improvements support scalable, data-driven content operations.

Content creation is also more efficient and flexible, with theme application during PDF conversion, responsive layout controls, enhanced image text editing, and more intuitive MLR validation.

Together, these features and updates reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and accelerate content delivery with confidence.

eVa AI

eVa file upload and AI decomposition

The eVa AI workflow now uses an outline to organize information across components and blocks, ensuring a consistent and logical content structure.

In the conversational hub and Editor chat, eVa AI suggests documents from the client-specific knowledge base. Use them along with uploaded documents and images through the Assets popup to generate a new outline or modify an existing email. The outline can be displayed in the chat for review or applied immediately to generate the interactive email. Configuration required

Assets popup integration in the eVa AI chat

You can now add documents and images directly within the eVa AI chat in both Editor and the conversational hub. Using the Assets popup, select files from your Library, upload them from your PC, or pull them from Veeva Vault PromoMats.

By enriching prompts with relevant assets, eVa AI generates more accurate and context-aware outputs based on the provided materials. Configuration required

Personalized content generation

eVa AI now supports persona-driven content generation for interactive emails. You can specify a target audience in your prompt, and eVa AI generates content tailored to that persona, aligning messaging with audience needs and communication goals. Configuration required

AI-powered reference retrieval and compliance

Interactive email generation now uses semantic analysis of the content to ensure all statements are supported by proper sources. Preliminary references used to generate the outline are replaced with approved and verifiable documents allowed in the reference list of the interactive email. Configuration required

eVa AI references and claims enhancements

This release improves reference handling and claims management in interactive emails, increasing accuracy, traceability, and automation.

eVa AI now automatically captures and stores anchor-level metadata from Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) when creating interactive emails with references. This ensures more precise navigation to source content and improves citation accuracy and transparency.

In Editor, when claims are added or updated through the eVa AI chat, associated email references are automatically synchronized. Superscript citations are updated on the layout, and the reference list is dynamically adjusted to reflect changes. With the claims library available in VVPM, assigned claims are now automatically linked and displayed on the Veeva text assets tab in Editor. Configuration required

We introduce comprehensive usage analytics for eVa AI, providing visibility into how eVa agents are used across your organization. With automated and accurate reporting, you can track credit consumption, monitor adoption, and make informed decisions about usage and account management.

A centralized dashboard provides an up-to-date view of all your tenants, along with key metrics such as active users, active agents, and per-agent credit consumption. You can also compare actual usage against included consumption limits to better control and optimize resources. Configuration required

Automated translation with eVa AI

The Translate agent localizes text based on documents and style guide rules from your knowledge base. Translations are immediately available for further editing and review. Configuration required

Image text editing

The new Edit image text popup allows you to modify, style, and automatically translate text on images. eWizard Editor adjusts the font size of selected text recognized on images and applies preconfigured fonts to maintain proper formatting. Fallback fonts are automatically applied to preserve workflow when preferred fonts are unavailable. Required fonts can be preconfigured for the popup. Use the font family dropdown, optimized for efficient font selection, and the eyedropper tool in the color picker popup to sample colors from the content item layout. Configuration required

Theme adding during PDF-into-e-Detailer conversion

Enhanced the PDF Converter to ensure accurate application of brand and theme settings during conversion. A new Theme field on the DETAILS & TEMPLATES step allows you to select a theme during setup.

The resulting e-Detailer automatically applies the chosen theme fonts, colors, and design styles, ensuring consistent branding and alignment with template configurations.

Responsive scaling for e-Detailers and portfolio e-Detailers

You can now control how e-Detailer and portfolio e-Detailer content adapts to different screen sizes. A new Stretched layout toggle is available in the Create new, Edit details, Make a copy, and Merge into portfolio e-Detailer popups. Use it to make content fill the entire screen or keep it off to preserve the original template proportions.

In addition, you can select a target device in the Editor PREVIEW mode or in eWizard Viewer to instantly see how content renders across different screen sizes and aspect ratios, helping you validate layout and responsiveness before distribution. Configuration required

Improvements

MLR Acceleration agent

  • Managing MLR acceleration outcomes is now faster and more intuitive. You can seamlessly navigate between validation results and the corresponding elements on the content layout for quicker issue identification and resolution.

    Selecting a result card takes you directly to the related module or component on the layout. Clicking a validation icon on the layout opens the corresponding card in the RESULTS panel with full details. Result cards for elements hidden in desktop, tablet, or mobile views are inactive in those views, ensuring actions are applied only to visible components.

  • In eWizard MLR Acceleration, the Compliance validation agent now evaluates content more accurately by grouping related text fragments within the same slide, page, or banner. Instead of validating separate pieces, the system analyzes full text as a single message.

    This approach reduces misleading results and ensures that validation scores more accurately reflect the actual context and meaning of the content. Configuration required
