New features
Cross-channel popup component
eWizard now supports the cross-channel popup component and its reuse in grid-based templates. With this universal component, you can design complex, multi-slice content with embedded popup that automatically adapts to the target content item behavior. Template update required
Bulk publication has been enhanced to support creating new content modules containing container components such as popups.
Swipe behavior customization
In e-Detailers, e-Detailer briefs, and portfolio e-Detailers, you can customize swipe behavior for tables and computer touchpads within the new
SWIPEsection on the Settings tab in eWizard Editor. Configure swipe sensitivity, swipe direction for nested e-Detailers, chapters, slides, and subslides, and the number of fingers required. You can test swipe behavior in the EditorPREVIEWmode and in Viewer. Configuration required
Improvements
You can now add links and assign the link-opening action to banner components in eWizard Editor.
The Tree tab is now available for modules. In the grid-based templates, this makes it easier to place components in the correct grid areas, ensuring proper placement across channels.
You can now launch MLR Acceleration without signing in to your VVPM account. It's available in Library, Viewer, and Editor when your validation rules don't require a connection to Veeva Vault DAM. This streamlines the workflow and makes
MLR Accelerationresponsive to the rules you use. Configuration requiredWhen you click CHECK STATUS on a content item whose VVPM interactive document is in the
Expiredstatus, approval now requires republishing the content item—external light presentation or the source e-Detailer, portfolio e-Detailer, email, or email fragment. You can approve expired external complex presentations with theView to approveoption in the more menu. Configuration required
