Improvements ​

  • eWizard can store external system parameters associated with content (e.g. Bynder content ID value). These parameters can then be automatically transferred to Veeva Vault PromoMats through the integration user, streamlining cross-system content tracking and synchronization. You can view this metadata on the Document Information pages of the resulting PDF and interactive document. This automated process reduces manual effort and the risk of human error, ensures consistency between eWizard and Veeva Vault PromoMats, and streamlines metadata handling. Configuration required

Admin setup ​

  • To configure metadata transfer to Veeva Vault PromoMats through the integration user, add the integrationUserField parameter with the value true to a custom metadata object in the USER MANAGEMENT → PUBLISH MANAGER → Publish → Veeva Vault settings section.
