New features
Reference traceability in VVPM PDF documents
VVPM references, anchors, and claims added to content in eWizard Editor now appear in the resulting PDF documents in Veeva Vault PromoMats as annotation cards linked to the referenced text. Each card includes a direct URL to the source document, making references immediately visible during MLR review. This eliminates manual linking, saving time and reducing review effort and costs. Configuration required
Improvements
When publishing tagged broadcast emails created for an external audience to SFMC, the
Approved PDF documentfield is now mandatory on theDETAILSstep. Assigned metadata ensures consistent analytics and prevents the distribution of content items without MLR approval. Configuration requiredThe
Stretched layouttoggle is now available for e-Detailer briefs in theCreate new,Edit details, andMake a copypopups. When active, the e-Detailer brief content fills the screen on target devices; when inactive, the layout adjusts automatically. To view how the layout adapts to different screen sizes and aspect ratios, switch to Editor PREVIEW mode. Configuration requiredDuring the publication of emails with fragments as PDF to Veeva Vault PromoMats, the system now verifies each fragment status. If a fragment status matches any VVPM document status mentioned in the configuration, the
Retain Veeva Vault statuscheckbox is automatically cleared on theFRAGMENTSstep. This feature helps prevent accidental publication of expired fragments and reduces the risk of using invalid content. Configuration required
