• AI-suggested content modules in eWizard Editor

  In eWizard Editor, use eVa AI to search for required content modules in Veeva Vault while creating your content items. The AI agent suggests options based on the selected block, your prompt, or both, ensuring relevant results. Applied modules from Veeva Vault are approved and consistent, while still allowing you to customize styling, text, and images as needed. Configuration required

Improvements

• eWizard Editor now optimizes the structure of text-based components within <span> and <div> HTML tags to reduce the number of characters in the resulting VVPM document. Available for modules, emails, email fragments, and email briefs. Configuration required

Admin setup

• To set up module suggestions by eVa AI in eWizard Editor:

  • Adjust the number of module variants displayed in the SUGGESTED OPTIONS section in the modules object within the aiAssistant object.

  • Turn on/off the Suggest modules permission in the USER MANAGEMENT → Permission sets → UP EDITOR → Content section. Available also in the Application roles → UP EDITOR → Content section.

• To reduce the number of characters in the resulting VVPM document, select the Optimize styles priority checkbox in the USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Digital assets → Admin UP → WYSIWYG Configuration section.
