Improvements ​

  • Enhanced the Campaign planning widget in Planner:

    • Campaign template lists now automatically adjust their width to accommodate longer template names.

    • You can now update existing campaign templates to create similar campaigns with the latest versions of content items, their dependencies, attachments, links, and metadata.

  • In eWizard Planner, email notifications about status changes of the content item are now differentiated as follows:

    • Automatic status updates triggered by syncing with the related VVPM document now notify both the responsible person and the content item owner.

    • Manual status updates made in Planner by the responsible person continue to notify both the responsible person and the owner.

Admin setup ​

  • To set up email notifications for status changes of Planner content items in customer environments, upload ZIP archives with customized email notification templates to the USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Email Notifications → Custom templates section.
