  • Added the audience metadata to broadcast emails targeted for SFMC. Audience segmentation predefines manual content tagging or automatic tag submission to the repository. Configuration required

Improvements

  • You can now link claims to text fragments and select match text variations not only on the Properties tab but also on the Veeva text assets tab within Editor. Configuration required

  • Introduced automatic pulling of footnotes along with the claims from Veeva Vault PromoMats. Added indicators to the content item layout for footnotes contained in the pulled claims, significantly reducing the need for manual input and improving content management efficiency.   • Enhanced claim filtering in the Assets popup for a more efficient selection process. Configuration required

  • Introduced a cropped WYSIWYG editor to format claims and their match text variations. Unavailable action buttons are grayed out for clarity. Configuration required

  • Ensured version accuracy for the localization copy with the MLR-approved content item. When starting localization with the Edit in eWizard web action in Veeva Vault PromoMats, the system now guarantees that the content item created in eWizard Library is an exact copy of the version published as interactive and linked to the matching PDF material. Admin setup

  • In the USER MANAGEMENTSYSTEMDigital assetsAdmin UPDigital assets section → VEEVA VAULT tab:

    • Modify the filters array with the rememberField property to retain the selected filter values in the Assets popup after closing and reopening.

    • Configure the autofillFilters array to prepopulate filter fields and automatically filter claim cards based on the content item metadata.

  • In the USER MANAGEMENTSYSTEMDigital assetsAdmin UPCore Claims section:

    • Turn on/off the unlinkOnChange checkbox to unlink the claim and allow match text editing on the content item layout after its translation with an XLIFF file or auto translation.

    • Turn on/off the restrictEditingForClaims checkbox to lock match text editing on the content item layout.

  • In the USER MANAGEMENTPUBLISH MANAGER section, configure the features object to show/hide the Internal checkbox on the DETAILS step of broadcast emails publication to SFMC.

  • Configure the defaultTagsRules object for automatic sending of default tags to the repository for analysis. Applicable to broadcast emails with the internal audience metadata.
