Improvements ​

Editor

  • Use the new Prevent transforming text to links in email clients button in the WYSIWYG editor to keep links as plain text and prevent email clients from transforming them into hyperlinks. Available in emails, their briefs, and fragments.

  • You can now adjust the content item layout scaling with a set of predefined zoom modes: Adaptive view, Full size, Fit to screen, or Fit to width.

Planner

Automatic sharing with custom user groups is configurable for the newly created content items. Applicable to e-Detailers, emails, email fragments, modules, banners, websites, messenger ads, and template-based assignments within the Campaign planning and Operations & delivery widgets.

Export

Module export for AEM-compatible format can be configured in your eWizard environment.

Administrator panel ​

From this version on, the administrator can do the following configurations.

  • Customize icons for content item types, media assets, and Planner entries displayed across the Library, Editor, Viewer, and Planner services. Available in the Content icons section of Business Admin.

  • Configure the contentAccessRules array in the content storage to automatically share newly created Planner content items with custom user groups.

  • Turn on/off the Prevent transforming text to links in email clients permission to show/hide the respective button in the WYSIWYG editor. Available for emails, their briefs and fragments in the USER MANAGEMENT → Permission sets → UP EDITOR → WYSIWYG section.

  • Configure the possibility of skipping verification of the module existing in one Veeva instance when publishing it as PDF to another Veeva instance. The activated skipInstanceVerification parameter in the Publisher settings prevents the creation of module duplicates in the internal eWizard storage and triggers metadata updates in the existing module instead. Activate the skipInstanceVerification parameter in USER MANAGEMENT → PUBLISH MANAGER → Publish → Veeva Vault PDF Settings.
