New features

• Introduced new external media asset types for tagging—light and complex presentations—with a certain list of options available for them in eWizard Library and the Centralized tagging service. Having tagged the external media asset, you can proceed to the asset approval with the View to approve option. Configuration required

• Developed an API to enable AI-driven email creation, which will be available in future releases. This API uses the given context (some text and images) to generate email suggestions tailored to the content. Feature in progress

• Expanded the filter list in eWizard Library for more precise filtering of content items. Configuration required

Admin setup

• Configure the external_* object to tag and approve external media assets in eWizard. Available in the USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Content approval settings → Veeva Vault section.

• Set the enableCreateInLibrary key to add external media assets to eWizard Library after the tagging process starts from Veeva Vault PromoMats.

• Configure the generalFilters object to adjust filtering of external media assets in Library.
