New features ​

  • eVa AI Translate agent

    In the eVa AI conversational hub, texts for translation are now handled by the Translate agent. In eWizard Editor and Viewer, you can translate texts either directly with the automatic translation service or through the Translate agent. The AI-driven agent uses documents and style guide rules from your knowledge base to support the automatic translation service. This approach ensures translations are consistent, accurate, regulatory-compliant, and context-aware. Configuration required

Improvements ​

  • In the Rename slide popup of e-Detailers, portfolio e-Detailers, and e-Detailer briefs, you can now enter up to 200 characters. This improvement provides flexibility and allows you to keep slide names clear and descriptive for better content organization.

  • You can now set different font sizes for specific parts within a text-based component when customizing:

    • Mobile versions of emails, email briefs, email fragments, landing pages, landing page briefs, and multipage sites.

    • Tablet versions of emails, email briefs, landing pages, landing page briefs, and multipage sites.

    eWizard Editor wraps formatted text in the <span> HTML tags to optimize component structure and reduce character count in the resulting VVPM document.

  • Interactive email publication to VVPM: The parent email is now automatically reselected during publication even if it's deselected in a previous run. Also, when new fragments are added after the first publication, the system auto-selects the same email to these newly added fragments, ensuring consistent and predictable linking behavior. Admin setup ​

  • To set up the eVa AI Translate agent in Editor and Viewer, add the provider parameter with the eva value to the contentTranslate object in the environment configuration file.

  • To configure auto-linking of the parent email to every fragment within it, add the autoselectTargetEmailOnRepublish parameter with the true value for the fragments object in the USER MANAGEMENT → PUBLISH MANAGER → Publish → Veeva Vault interactive → Veeva Vault settings → EMAIL APPROVED tab.
