The all-in-one AI agent from eWizard—eVa AI—is now live to help you accelerate your content journey. The AI-powered content management hub (eVa AI) provides a central, intuitive interface within the eWizard platform to streamline the content management workflow, starting from the ideation to the execution phase, and provide a single entry point for leveraging AI capabilities across the platform. eVa AI can generate content using materials from digital asset systems or repositories, AI-powered suggestions, or a combination of both. Integrated into the Assets popup, eVa AI searches for approved text and image assets stored in Veeva Vault PromoMats. Whether you're crafting emails, generating images, or leveraging existing materials, eVa AI empowers you to do more, faster and smarter. Configuration required

AI-driven tagging

In eWizard Centralized tagging, you can now automatically assign strategic metadata to e-Detailers, emails, and AEM websites of the commercial content type. The AI tagging agent uses models trained on your business data to analyze content and apply relevant tags. Configuration required Must-have prerequisites

Introducing a new Regulations rule in MLR Acceleration that transforms pharmaceutical marketing compliance by embedding regulatory intelligence directly into your content workflow. With content validation in real-time against key industry codes—including EFPIA, ABPI, PMCPA, and others—this feature ensures matching of country-specific regulatory requirements and immediate feedback on potential violations. Dynamic character count in eWizard Editor​

For rep-triggered emails and their briefs, the built-in character counter in eWizard Editor helps you stay compliant with Veeva Vault 131,072-character limit for HTML files, preventing publishing delays and rework. Configuration required

Character count validation for text assets in Editor Minor (May 7)

To support compliance with Veeva Vault PromoMats standards, eWizard now automatically checks the character count of text assets in Editor. This validation aligns with the 5–1500-character limit required for interactive module publication to VVPM and bulk content publishing. The character limits are set per instance, and validation benchmarks can be configured according to specific requirements. Configuration required

To eliminate delays and reduce manual effort, eWizard introduces an automated content-sharing capabilities for business admins. With this feature, business admins can predefine sharing rules to automatically share content items with the specified users or groups—ensuring timely access, improved visibility, and fewer communication gaps. Additionally, expanded filtering options allow you to refine your search based on specific criteria. These enhancements are designed to offer a more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly way to manage and access content shared by others. Configuration required

Slide reuse in eWizard e-Detailers from Veeva presentations

eWizard allows you to reuse slides directly from Veeva presentations when creating e-Detailers. In addition to standard reuse from Library and shared content items, you can now access a broader range of approved materials, improving efficiency and consistency across e-Detailers.

You can search Veeva presentations by keywords from their name, number, or ID and filter results by multiple parameters. This makes it easier to find and reuse relevant slides while maintaining compliance with approved content. Configuration required

Improved Veeva PDF material linking to Veeva fragments

Introducing enhanced functionality for the rep-triggered emails approval in eWizard. You can now link an approved Veeva PDF material to Veeva fragments, ensuring that the most current and relevant version is associated during publication. Configuration required

The selected PDF takes precedence over historical publication data for auto-linking. These links are preserved within the email and are also available on the Relationships tab of the matching Veeva interactive documents, improving transparency and simplifying content tracking across systems.

  • PDF-to-fragment linking. Associate the approved Veeva PDF directly with Veeva fragments during the email approval process.

  • Priority over historical data. Selected PDFs override previous publication links, ensuring the most accurate association.

  • Improved traceability. Linked PDFs are visible in the email and on the Relationships tab of Veeva interactive documents.

  • Streamlined content management. Enhanced alignment and consistency between eWizard and Veeva Vault PromoMats for rep-triggered emails.

Performance analytics in Planner Minor (June 25)

Introducing built-in analytics in Planner for campaigns, e-Detailers, and emails. You can now request custom reports and view marketing performance data on an entry Details page. Configuration required

One-click campaign copying in Planner Minor (May 28)

In the Campaign planning widget, you can make copies of your entire campaigns, including their content items, dependencies, attached files, and links. By eliminating the need for manual data entry, you can quickly create similar campaigns for new purposes while ensuring consistency and reducing the risk of errors. The copied campaign remains independent, allowing you to modify the copy without affecting the original campaign. Configuration required

Smart notifications in Planner

eWizard Planner now provides clearer context for content item status change notifications, helping users understand whether updates occurred automatically through system synchronization or through manual user actions. Configuration required

  • Expanded automatic sync notifications. Both the responsible person and content item owner now receive notifications when status updates occur through VVPM document synchronization.

  • Preserved manual update notifications. Manual status changes continue to notify both the responsible person and owner as before.

Homepage Dashboard in eWizard

Introducing a homepage Dashboard designed to boost productivity and simplify content access in eWizard. This personalized Dashboard provides a centralized view of recently edited content items, the history of your publications, exports, and deployments, and other widgets—all in one place. By surfacing key information and tools immediately upon login, the Dashboard helps you reduce time spent on navigation and search, allowing for a more efficient and seamless content creation experience. The Email client compatibility feature in eWizard Editor ensures your emails display consistently across all devices and email clients by capturing content elements as images for Desktop and Mobile views. With this enhancement, you can independently optimize your design rendering by capturing the required email content elements as the same or separate images for Desktop and Mobile views. Configuration required

The integration includes complete SaaS product listings with flexible subscription models, full compliance with AWS Marketplace requirements, and optimized customer onboarding processes that reduce procurement complexity and accelerate access to eWizard.

Portfolio e-Detailers in eWizard: enhanced capabilities

eWizard now supports the full lifecycle of portfolio e-Detailers—from creation and editing to preview and publication. You can now complete an existing portfolio e-Detailer with new nested e-Detailers based on a template, as well as with existing ones from My library. Configuration required

In the Editor PREVIEW mode and Viewer, you can check the latest updates and navigate between slides, chapters, and nested e-Detailers within the portfolio. Upon publication of the portfolio e-Detailer to Veeva Vault as PDF and interactive, you can approve it to trigger the MLR process for the related VVPM interactive document.

  • Improved editing flexibility. Download and update nested e-Detailers individually, enabling faster edits and reuse as standalone e-Detailers.

  • Metadata consistency. Country and language metadata is automatically inherited by nested e-Detailers from the portfolio e-Detailer.

  • Reliable version control. Track portfolio e-Detailer updates and roll back to previous versions while accurately restoring structure and content.

Preset text style formatting in eWizard Editor Minor (April 17)

A new TEXT COMPONENT option is now available on the Properties tab in Editor, allowing you to format text using a list of predefined styles—such as headings, paragraphs, and more. Text styles are managed at the template level to ensure design system compliance and streamline the editing workflow. This option can be configured consistently or uniquely across different content item types to suit specific formatting needs. Configuration required Template update required

Video component automatically adapts to the requirements of each channel—whether displayed as embedded file or poster with a link—ensuring consistent behavior across channels.

  • Within the eWizard—Bynder integration, you can now convert PPT/PPTX files from Bynder to save them as e-Detailers in eWizard. The resulting e-Detailer inherits metadata from the source file. Configuration required

  • You can now delete unnecessary campaign templates to keep the list of reusable templates up to date.
