New features ​

  • Reusing assets linked to Planner content items in Editor

    The new LINKED IN PLANNER section in the Assets popup allows you to easily access and reuse assets and content modules linked to the Planner content items directly in Editor. You can also find content modules linked in Planner on the MODULES tab. This feature streamlines collaboration by connecting Planner and Editor and increases reuse of existing content, reducing manual effort. Configuration required

Admin setup ​

  • To configure the LINKED IN PLANNER section—its title, tooltip, and display order in the Assets popup, as well as the corresponding option in the dropdown list on the MODULES tab—add the recommendedTabs object with the planner key in USER MANAGEMENT → SYSTEM → Digital assets → Admin UP → Digital assets → VEEVA VAULT. You can use different keys, like all and ai, to configure other sections in the Assets popup.
