eVa AI

Interactive email generation

The new AI-powered email generation feature helps you create interactive emails based on templates and approved content. The AI agents involved in the email generation use a large language model (LLM), text with references and images from a vectorized knowledge base populated from a digital asset management (DAM) system or authorized content files. Once generated, the email can be customized in Editor and previewed in ViewerConfiguration required

Key benefits:

  • AI-driven email creation. eVa AI generates interactive emails based on approved templates, text, and images.

  • Seamless reuse of authorized assets. eVa AI pulls references and assets from the vectorized knowledge base populated from DAM or other authorized sources.

  • Editable interactive output. Generated interactive emails can be modified in Editor and previewed in Viewer before publishing.

  • Reduced manual effort. eVa AI automates content drafting and assembly, helping you produce compliant emails faster.

Module suggestions Minor (October 2)

eVa AI in Editor can now locate and propose relevant content modules from Veeva Vault when creating content items. Suggestions are based on the selected block, your prompt, or both, ensuring precise and contextually aligned results. Approved Veeva Vault content modules maintain compliance while still allowing styling, text, and image adjustments in eWizard Editor. Configuration required

Key benefits:

  • Trusted content. Applied modules are approved in Veeva Vault.

  • Flexible customization. Styling, text, and images remain fully editable.

  • Reduced effort. Content modules are easier to find and apply.

MLR Acceleration agent

Dynamic suggestions in eWizard Editor

The MLR Acceleration agent provides suggestions for text and image components that contain validation issues in your content item. These suggestions include alternative assets from Veeva Vault PromoMats, which you can apply to streamline corrections and ensure all content meets the required standards before MLR submission. Configuration required

Key benefits:

  • Aligned corrections. Alternatives match the expected MLR requirements.

  • Reduced effort. Corrections are easier to locate and apply.

  • Higher consistency. Content aligns with approved assets from Veeva Vault PromoMats.

  • Faster preparation. MLR submission preparation is accelerated for greater efficiency.

Component-specific validation

Component exclusion in eWizard MLR validation is now more accurate with CSS selectors. This approach provides smarter component recognition, more efficient control over template components excluded from validation, streamlining content review. Configuration required

Key benefits:

  • Accurate scoping. Exclusions target specific component patterns.

  • Simplified configuration. Exclusion rules are easier to maintain.

  • Faster review. Validation runs focus only on relevant components.

Mobile view with validation results in published PDF

When publishing emails to Veeva Vault PromoMats as PDF, you can now include MLR Acceleration results in the mobile version of the document. This ensures consistent validation data across both desktop and mobile PDF formats.

Key benefits:

  • Consistent compliance review: MLR results are now visible in every version of the email PDF.

  • Improved reviewer experience: Reviewers can verify content accuracy on mobile devices without switching to desktop view.

  • Streamlined approval process: Ensures full visibility of MLR checks across all published formats.

  • Accurate positioning. Place components exactly where they should appear.

  • Channel-ready design. Easily adjust layouts for different channels.

  • Faster editing. Build and modify grids more quickly with intuitive controls.

Component size adjustment in grid areas

To better align with design requirements and ensure consistent rendering across channels, you can now adjust the width and height of components in grid areas. In eWizard Editor, a new SIZE section has been added to the Styling tab, allowing precise control over layout appearance. Configuration required

Key benefits:

  • Enhanced layout flexibility. Build and modify grid structures to match specific content needs.

  • Cross-channel consistency. Layouts designed for one channel are automatically applied across all supported channels.

  • Faster layout customization. Adjust the grid area component size directly in Editor.

Enhanced asset selection: recommendations, filters, and navigation Minor (October 24)

We've enhanced the Assets popup in eWizard Editor with a new LINKED IN PLANNER section. This feature allows you to easily access and reuse assets linked to Planner content items directly in Editor. The same functionality is also available on the MODULES tab.

This enhancement streamlines collaboration by connecting Planner and Editor, increases reuse of existing content, and reduces manual effort.

Additionally, the updated Assets popup configuration allows you to have required sections for quick access and easy reuse of VVPM assets and content modules. With enhanced navigation and filtering, you can search and manage recommended assets and content modules within the Assets popup. Configuration required

Key benefits:

  • Direct access to Planner-linked assets. Find and reuse assets connected to Planner content items without leaving Editor.

  • Improved collaboration. Seamlessly connect Planner and Editor workflows for greater efficiency.

  • Enhanced content reuse. Leverage existing assets and content modules to reduce manual work.

  • Customizable asset sections. Use configurable sections in the Assets popup for faster access and streamlined reuse of VVPM content modules and assets.

Improvements

  • Collaborative website deployment: To accelerate workflows, website collaborators with proper permissions in eWizard can now deploy landing pages and multipage sites, just like website creators.

Modular approach

  • To standardize our assets.json and convert custom component property names into the values supported in VVPM during publication, we now use asset configurations. This approach ensures consistency across all assets while eliminating hardcoding and dependency on custom properties. Configuration required

  • We've improved cross-channel video component validation during bulk publishing and interactive document publication. The system now checks that all mandatory fields—Video source, Video URL, Alternative text, and Poster—are complete. This update prevents incomplete video data from being published, reduces manual errors, and ensures consistent, high-quality video assets across channels. Configuration required Template update required

  • The latest update enhances the publication of content modules to VVPM as interactive and ensures accurate metadata management in Veeva Vault PromoMats. The system now automatically validates the country (primary field) and product (dependent field) pair. The matching pair is saved as primary metadata, while remaining values are placed in the additional country/product sections. Each time the content module is updated, these fields are rewritten to remove duplicates and outdated values. Configuration required

Single-PDF publishing for rep-triggered emails with fragments

You can now publish rep-triggered emails with linked fragments as a single composite PDF—a VVPM document that combines the email and its linked fragments. This approach streamlines the MLR process by removing the need for separate fragment PDFs and their individual approvals. Configuration required

VVPM document approval in eWizard

Removed the restriction that only the last user publishing a shared content item to Veeva Vault interactive could approve it. Currently, users with proper permissions can initiate VVPM interactive document approval directly from eWizard for content items and external media assets. Configuration required
