New features

  • The ANALYTICS tab is now available on the Details pages for campaigns, e-Detailers, and emails. The integrated eWizard Analytics provides built-in marketing performance reports directly within the platform, eliminating the need to switch between different services for insights.

Admin setup

To activate analytics reports in Planner:

  • Configure the analytics object within the planner object in the environment configuration file.

  • Turn on/off the Analytics and Analytics manager permissions in the USER MANAGEMENTPermission setsPLANNER section.

  • Create and configure reports and their settings for Planner entries in the administrator section of the Analytics service.

  • In the Analytics service administrator settings, control the visibility of the Filters panel and the navigation bar for each report entry. To do this, open the Edit setting popup for the required entry and select or clear the Show report navigation and Show filter sidebar checkboxes.
