Your user profile
In the user profile section, you can check and manage your data.
To open your ACCOUNT page:
Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of any eWizard page.
Click
ACCOUNTin theProfile menupopup that appears.
The
ACCOUNTpage opens with your profile data, additional settings, and custom metadata.
Your email address and group names are displayed for your information only. To change them, please contact your administrator.
To modify your profile, click EDIT. You can apply the following changes:
Click
to set the profile picture.
Edit your user name, position occupied, and custom metadata.
If custom metadata display or editing isn't activated, contact your administrator.
Update the password with the CHANGE PASSWORD link.
The
CHANGE PASSWORDlink is available only for external users who log in to eWizard with a username and password. For users with the configured SSO authentication, theCHANGE PASSWORDlink is unavailable.Set the platform interface language.
Please note that once you select a different language, this change is applied only to your account.
To apply changes, click SAVE.
Password change
To change the password of your profile:
On the
ACCOUNTpage, clickEDIT.Click
CHANGE PASSWORD.
The Change password popup appears.
Enter your current password.
Create your new password according to the requirements and confirm it.
Click
CHANGEto save your new password.
Password requirements
To ensure security and protect access to information, the password must contain:
12 or more characters
at least one digit
at least one special character
a combination of upper- and lowercase letters
The password mustn't be:
a word in any language
based on personal information
a sequence of identical, all numeric or all alphabetic characters
